Yes! And to show this we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. Our suitcases are made out of premium parts and built to last so you can rest assured that they are top quality!

Whilst all of our suitcases are top quality our PP range (polypropylene) is a slightly stronger material. We would recommend these cases for frequent travelers as they can stand up to a bit more punishment. In saying that the ABS range is also a high quality case and is recommended if you are traveling less than 15 times per year. 

1. All locks are preset to '000', to change this you need to pull and hold the unlock button.
2. Change the three numbers to your desired code.
3. Release the trigger button and now the code is set.
   Make sure it's something memorable for you, but not too easy.

Yes, our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for 12 months from the date of sale.

If there is an issue with your order please email us at sales (at) suitcasesireland.ie. All of our items come with a 12 month warranty and pleasing our customers is our highest priority so we will replace the product if there is a manufacturing issue.

Shipping is free on all orders nationwide!

The average shipping time is usually 4 - 6 working days however some deliveries are taking 1 - 2 days longer due to the high volume going through the UPS network.
